From as far afield as a little village in Greece, down to the rugged coastline of Morocco, the Mediterranean has been the biggest influence and inspiration for the food and hospitality for which Olive & Oil has become renowned.

Established nearly a decade ago by Jacqui and Nickos Itopoulos, later joined by Craig Storkey, Olive & Oil has been a proudly family-run institution, steeped in over a 100 years of collective hospitality experience. The families are passionately involved in the daily operations of the restaurants and continually strive to ensure that this love for friendship and family, for people, remains the driving force behind the Olive & Oil experience.

The intrinsically Mediterranean Olive & Oil menu, carefully developed by Jacqui, had its formative inspiration drawn from a quaint village on an island in the Aegean sea, where the Itopolous family has its roots. The use of fresh, seasonally-available ingredients, the cultural philosophy of social dining and, of course, olives, remain the key factors behind Jacqui’s carefully considered and personally crafted dishes.

We actively encourage all our Guests, as our family grows from strength to strength, to offer their valued opinion and insights. This input assists us in exceeding the expectations of our Guests, without exception.
